Outdoors, Every Season

A sunroom gives you the light and views of the outdoors with the comfort of being inside. It’s the spot for morning coffee in spring, reading on a fall afternoon and watching the snow fall in winter.

We design and build sunrooms that tie into your home’s roofline and finishes, with quality windows installed and sealed properly.

New corner windows installed on a home under construction with weather-resistant house wrap in Idaho

New windows sealed into the weather barrier

Bright, Tight and Comfortable

The windows are the heart of a sunroom, and how they’re installed decides whether the room stays dry and comfortable.

We frame the room to tie into your home, then install and seal every window into the weather barrier so wind and rain stay outside.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a sunroom cost?

It depends on the size, materials, design and site conditions. After a quick visit to look at the space and talk through your goals, we’ll give you a clear, itemized estimate.

What’s the difference between a three-season and four-season room?

A three-season room is enclosed but not fully insulated, so it’s best in spring, summer and fall. A four-season room is insulated and can be heated and cooled for year-round use.

Can you turn my covered patio into a sunroom?

Often, yes. We look at the existing structure and foundation to see if it can be enclosed, and let you know what’s needed.

How long will the project take?

It depends on the size of the project, permits and when materials arrive. Once the plan is set, we’ll give you a realistic schedule and keep you updated along the way.

Do you handle the permits?

Yes. When your project needs a permit, Mike prepares the plans and handles the city approvals before construction begins.
