A pergola turns an open patio or deck into a defined outdoor room. It frames the space, adds dappled shade and gives you a place to hang lights, plants and fans.
We build pergolas sized and styled for your backyard, from classic timber designs to motorized louvered systems that open and close at the touch of a button.
Every pergola is planned around your space, your home and how you want to use it.
A stand-alone pergola that creates a destination in the yard, over a patio, hot tub or seating area.
A pergola that extends from your home over a patio or deck, for shade right outside the door.
Classic wood pergolas with solid posts, beams and rafters that age beautifully.
Motorized PERGOLUX louvers you can open for sun or close for shade and rain.
Pergolas built into new or existing decks, anchored and sized for the structure.
Add lighting, fans and privacy screens to make the space usable day and night.
Every pergola is planned around your roofline, colors and backyard layout, so it looks like part of your home, not an afterthought.
We size the posts, beams and footings for Idaho wind and snow, and anchor everything properly so your pergola stays solid for years.

How much does a pergola cost?
It depends on the size, materials, design and site conditions. After a quick visit to look at the space and talk through your goals, we’ll give you a clear, itemized estimate.
Should I choose a wood or louvered pergola?
A wood pergola gives classic style and filtered shade. A louvered PERGOLUX pergola lets you adjust the shade and close it for full cover from sun and rain. We’ll help you decide based on how you want to use the space.
Can a pergola be attached to my house?
Yes. An attached pergola extends from the home over a patio or deck. A freestanding design is another option when attaching isn’t practical or you want the pergola out in the yard.
How long will the project take?
It depends on the size of the project, permits and when materials arrive. Once the plan is set, we’ll give you a realistic schedule and keep you updated along the way.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. When your project needs a permit, Mike prepares the plans and handles the city approvals before construction begins.
