Talk about your project
Tell Mike what you’d like to build: a patio cover, pergola, deck, garage, addition or something else. It’s fine if all you have is an idea. Mike will talk you through the options, the best materials for the job and how it should be built to last.

Site visit
Mike comes out to your property, takes measurements and looks at how the space works today. Then he puts together the best solution for your home and your family.

Drawings & estimate
You get drawings that show exactly what will be built, along with a clear estimate. Nothing starts until you’ve reviewed it and approved it.

Permits & paperwork
Once you approve the estimate, Kemsley Construction prepares the paperwork, applies for any permits your project needs and deals with the city for you.

No dealing with the city yourself

Permits and paperwork happen before construction begins, and city approvals can add significantly to the total length of a project. Mike will give you a realistic picture of timing for your project up front.

Construction
Once everything is approved, the build begins. Mike keeps you informed throughout, sharing updates and photos so you always know what’s happening on your property.

Final walkthrough
When the build is complete, you walk through the finished project together with Mike to make sure everything is exactly right. Then it’s yours to enjoy.
