Your front door is the first thing guests see, and your patio door is how your family steps outside. When a door sticks, drafts or rattles in the wind, you notice it every single day.

We install doors that look great, swing smoothly and seal tight, so your home feels more welcoming, more secure and more comfortable.

Sealed Tight, Built to Last

A door only works as well as it’s installed. If it isn’t plumb and square, it sticks, drags or won’t latch. If it isn’t sealed properly, water and air find their way in.

We set every door plumb, level and square, then flash and tape it into the home’s weather barrier, like the door and sidelights shown here, so it stays dry, swings smoothly and closes tight for years.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does door installation cost?

It depends on the type of door, its size and glass, the hardware, and the condition of the existing opening. After a quick visit to measure, we’ll give you a clear, itemized estimate.

How long does it take to install a new door?

Most of the wait is for the door itself, since many are made to order. Once it arrives, a standard replacement usually goes quickly, and we’ll give you a clear schedule up front.

Will my home be secure during installation?

Yes. We plan the work so your home is never left open overnight, and the new door is locked and secure before we leave.

Can you add a new door where there isn’t one now?

Often, yes. A new opening means cutting into the wall and framing a header to carry the load. We’ll look at the structure, let you know what’s possible and handle any permit needed.

Why does my current door stick or let in drafts?

Usually because it was never set plumb and square, or the house has shifted over time. A properly installed new door, sealed into the weather barrier, fixes both.
